Founded by wife and husband team Janet and Ray in 1990, At Last! Gourmet Foods handcrafts fresh, premium soups, sauces, sides, entrees, dips, spreads, marinades and broths for foodservice operators, grocery retailers, and brand owners who take pride in the quality of food they share with their consumers. Sourcing only the finest ingredients from trusted partners, we cook the traditional way, using techniques that honor each ingredient, building flavor slowly for an unforgettable taste.

Adam Levasseur
Director of IT

Adam’s daily activities include monitoring the business network to ensure everything is running smoothly and keeping an eye out for any security threats that may arise. As a strong believer in using technology to solve business issues, he’s always looking for the next best thing that will enable us to serve our customers better.

Production Manager

Adam oversees our production operation ensuring that our products are cooked and packaged to the highest quality. He is focused on building a strong and talented production team capable of adapting to a variety of circumstances while also promoting sound safety habits for our employees.

Andrew Schreck
Production Scheduler / Warehouse Manager

Part of being the scheduler is to balance consumer demands with our At Last! strengths. This balance is to ensure deadlines are met, quality is kept and the end customer is more than pleased with our product. Between working on incoming orders to loading trucks with finished goods, Andrew plays a large role in the everyday operations of the company.

Office Manager/Accounting Specialist

My role of Office Manager keeps me very busy every day. I oversee and help support our team, as well as our customers. My expertise lies in: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Pricing, and Human Resources as well as keeping our office and plant running smoothly for day to day operations. I have been with At Last! for 15 years.

Mary Pruden
Regulatory Compliance Specialist / Customer Service Specialist

My voice is usually your first contact you have when calling At Last! Among the many other duties that take me through my days for the past 10 years; I am a Support Specialist for our team; as well as for our customers. More importantly and my main enjoyment of my days; I am in charge of Regulatory Compliance for all of our products. In a nutshell; it is my job to confirm all labeling for every product we create are correct and in compliance with the FDA and USDA.

Peter Sax
Food Safety Director/SQF Practitioner, PCQI

Peter Sax provides assurance that At Last! Gourmet Foods meets all regulatory guidelines with regards to HACCP, SQF Standards, USDA, FDA, and MDA.  Peter spends his time teaching, training and working with team members to ensure food safety best practices are implemented and executed on a daily basis.

Ross Schreck
Supply Chain Manager

Ross plays a major role in the manufacturing process. From the time At Last! Gourmet Foods begins the new product development process to the time the finished product is shipped, Ross lends expertise in developing strategies to increase safety, efficiency and productivity. Ross analyzes data and processes, finds creative solutions, generates reports and presents findings to senior management. He also communicates with external suppliers and buyers to assist in developing lasting relationships.
